Please check the following:
1. The booking period has already started
2. You’ve come to the right vehicle
3. Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone
If you’re using allride for the first time, check your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings.
Open the "Settings" app on your smartphone and scroll to the allride app.
1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled for the app
2. Change location access to "When using the app" as a minimum
For Android devices, you may need to make additional Bluetooth settings in order to connect to the car, depending on the manufacturer
After adjusting the settings:
1. Close the allride app by swiping up on your smartphone display
2. Open the allride app again and check whether the problem has been resolved.
Connection delays may occur in areas with a poor internet connection, such as underground car parks or mountainous regions. Tip: Activate flight mode on your smartphone and then turn on Bluetooth. Once you have unlocked the vehicle, you can return your smartphone to normal mode.
If it still doesn’t work, uninstall the allride app and then reinstall it. Don’t worry! Simply log in again using your phone number, and your account details and bookings will be restored.
