BIKE BOOKINGS: The allride bikes are rented without an additional battery or charging cable. They cannot be charged if there is no external charging option.
CAR BOOKINGS: If you need to charge the car away from your location, please proceed as follows:
1. Find a charging station
2. Connect the car to the charging station
3. Activate the charging station using the charging card in the car (sun visor)
4. Make sure that the light on the car’s charging port is green.
5. Put the charging card back in the car
Charging is included in the rental price.
If the charging station doesn’t have a cable, you’ll find one in the boot. Please put the cable back in the car after charging. Otherwise, you will be charged for a new one as per the fee catalogue.
If the charging cap cannot be opened or the charging cable cannot be removed, do not use force. Lock and unlock the car using the allride app to release the cable.
