As soon as the car is back at its starting point, you can end the trip via the allride app. To do this, select "End booking" in the active booking.
Before you definitively end your booking in the app, please ensure that:
- The vehicle is clean and ready for use
- Any damage or problems have been reported
- The vehicle is connected to the charging station
Additional steps for car rental:
- The charging process has started with the charging card
- Personal items have been removed from the car
- All windows and doors are locked
Once these steps have been completed, please click on "Continue to end".
You can see the cost breakdown for your trip on the final screen.
For private trips, you will receive the invoice by e-mail immediately after completion.
