During your booking:
As soon as the booking period begins, you can report damage directly in the allride app. Select the "Report damage" button in the active booking. It is important to report all damage that has not yet been reported.
Before and after your booking:
If you discover damage outside of your booking time or would like to report it later, you can contact us by e-mail at support@allride.swiss.
